Production Director
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for the implementation of the production plan of the food factory and the arrangement of material preparation personnel.
2. Responsible for the on-site management and quality management of the workshop.
3. Responsible for the management, guidance, training and evaluation of food factory employees.
4. Complete the workshop’s monthly production tasks and make monthly production reports and various statistics.
5. Complete other matters explained by the leader.
【Job Requirements】
1. College degree or above.
2. More than 3 years of experience in baking or food workshop production management, and those with on-site management experience in the same food industry will be given priority.
3. Be familiar with product industry standards and specifications, production process and scientific operating specifications, and understand ISO with a strong sense of quality.
4. Good communication and coordination skills and team management skills.
