【Job Responsibilities】

1. Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control the business activities of the enterprise, fully complete the strategic planning steps, ensure the completion of annual tasks and various indicators, and report the implementation to the Chairman.

2. Master internal and external economic information, conduct business forecasts, and formulate the company's medium- and long-term development strategy, business goals, and annual business plans and budgets for approval and implementation by the group.

3. Formulate the enterprise management system, personnel establishment, business responsibility system, salary plan, and reward and punishment mechanism for approval and implementation by the group.

4. Do a good job in managing the company's internal resources such as people, finance, and materials, and establish an internal information system and an effective team collaboration mechanism.

5. Responsible for advocating the company's corporate culture and business philosophy and shaping the corporate image.

6. Improve the company's management systems, eliminate all kinds of risks, and comprehensively improve the company's comprehensive management level.

【Job Requirements】

1. 5 years of experience in general manager of the food industry (baking management experience is preferred).

2. Familiar with the business and operational processes of food manufacturing enterprises, master advanced business management models and essences, have advanced management concepts, have keen business sense, excellent work performance, and have basic network knowledge.

3. Strong comprehensive management ability, affinity, judgment ability, and decision-making network knowledge. He has strong ability, planning ability, negotiation ability, communication and coordination ability, good leadership ability, interpersonal communication and social activities ability, good professionalism and professional ethics, and strong sense of responsibility and career.

4. Received training in leadership ability development, strategic management, organizational change management, strategic human resource management, economic law, financial management and other aspects.
