On January 18, 2024, the fifth election meeting of the Changsha Mechanical and E-commerce Association was successfully held at Little Swan International Mansion. Taking the system as the starting point, standardize the development of all work of the Chamber of Commerce; taking the mission of building a communication bridge as the mission, drive the Chamber of Commerce to go global; using the publicity platform as the carrier to enhance the influence of the Chamber of Commerce inside and outside; the Chamber of Commerce plays a role in solving the problems of members; using friendship activities as the communication platform to promote communication and exchanges between member units; taking the purpose of "achieve the individual and repay the society" as the purpose, take the initiative to assume social responsibilities.

While affirming past achievements, Hu Liangming also put forward requirements for the work of the Fifth Council: First, we must make good use of the Internet platform and establish and maintain the supply and demand relationship sharing channels of the online platforms of each member unit; second, we must carry out more, higher-quality and more professional activities; third, we must set up full-time positions with dedicated personnel to provide good services to members.

Zhang Yunpeng, the fourth executive president, delivered a financial work report, reporting on the financial income and expenditure status of the fourth chamber of commerce, financial work and membership fee management status.

At the meeting, Zhang Yunhai, a member of the 4th Supervisory Board, gave a work report on the Supervisory Board, summarizing and reviewing the work of the Board over the past four years. He Hongxing, secretary of the 4th Chamber of Commerce, explained the amendment of the "Changsha Mechanical and E-commerce Association Charter (Draft)" and reviewed and passed the "Changsha Mechanical and E-commerce Association Charter (Draft)". According to the requirements of the Chamber of Commerce's business management department and registration management department, and combined with the actual situation of the Chamber of Commerce, the "Changsha Mechanical and E-commerce Association Charter" was revised in accord with the times.

The conference reviewed and approved the membership fee collection standards of Changsha Mechanical and E-commerce Association, the election measures for the fifth first membership meeting, and announced the list of the fifth recommended list of Changsha Mechanical and E-commerce Association, and voted to pass the list of the fifth board of directors (supervision) and elected 82 directors and 3 supervisors.
